We’re a small team, and that’s how we intend to stay. Our focus has never been on building the biggest crew, but on delivering the same consistent standard of work across every project, for every builder and client we work with.
We’d rather maintain a smaller team of skilled tradespeople who take pride in their work than grow into a large crew focused purely on getting bricks in the wall.
We’re not about the shouting, rushing around or constantly pushing to get more bricks in. We work on complex architectural projects that require patience, attention to detail and an understanding of what you’re building.
We take our work seriously, but that doesn’t mean the site has to be a stressful place to work. We value people who can work independently, take initiative and hold themselves accountable for the quality of their work.
